Just 20 minutes south by motorway from Murcia San Javier Airport and 1.5 hours from Alicante, this beautiful part of Spain is quite unknown to many people and probably Spain's best kept secret, with the beautiful Mar Menor (little sea), a saltwater lagoon divided from the Mediterranean by the La Manga strip.

Almond trees, palms and windmills add to the beauty of the landscape of this area.

The Costa Calida (warm coast) is an unspoilt area of rugged mountains, rolling green fields, luxuriously long sandy beaches and sparkling crystal clear waters.  It is an area of great historic and cultural heritage and friendly open people.  It  a enjoys an annual average temperature of 20°C and has 320 sunny days a year.

There are just 2 seasons - Spring and Summer.
